Today is a sewing day. Since I am committed to finishing some of my UFOs, a few days ago, I grabbed the first project that I came across in my closet. I committed to finish it – one way or another. It is a lap quilt, with an old fashioned baseball theme fabric. I don’t think I liked it when I was working on it before and set it aside. I like it now and its almost done! All I have to do is sew the rows together and add two borders and quilt it. It is worthy of finishing. The other projects I will work on today are the never ending face masks. I try to finish 5 or so everyday. My serger is my secret weapon for face masks! I give them away to people I love or people that are close to people I love. Each one is packed separately in a ziplock bag, so I can hand them out like popcorn. Are you making masks today? I am. Whatever you sew today, I hope you enjoy it. – From Bev’s Sewing Room
