Welcome to Abigayle's Quiltery!

Thank you for joining us on the Abigayle’s web site.  We are a retail quilt and sewing store located near Cleveland, in Northern Ohio.

July 23, 2020

We are accepting machines for service.

Starting today, please call

440-239-9000, Mon. - Fri. 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. or email us at shop@abigayles.com to schedule an appointment.

We can only accept machines during a scheduled appointment time.  Masks are required.

We will arrange a contact-less or curbside drop off and pick up.  We will be happy to get your machine from your trunk for you, so you won't have to leave your car!

Abigayle's Quiltery is re-opening with a new, more modern approach to shopping.  Until the Coronavirus is contained, our plan is to have contact-less curbside pickup, delivery options and mail order.  You will be able to shop several different ways.  Hopefully, we will have more information for you next week.

During these unprecedented times, we are having to find new ways to shop, inspire and be safe.

We will continue to strive to fulfill your sewing needs, but it must be done in a different way, a safer way.

Many of you have been wondering what happen to us and why we didn't reopen right away.  Nancy has been in isolation and battling COVID-19 since the middle of June.  She is on the mend now, but it will be a slow road.  Click on the What's New tab above to read her story.

Please wear a mask and maintain a safe physical distance.

Please see our Closeouts Tab above for machines that are in stock, serviced and ready to go.

All sales are final.

Thank You to all the Mask Makers

We've made and sent thousands of masks to the United Way of Greater Toledo!

  What's Happening?

Breaking News!

We have re-opened with limited services in July 2020.  One step at a time.

Thank You to the Mask Makers!

Here is our step by step pattern to help you through the basics for these face masks.

Face Mask Pattern & Tips

Please don't make any face mask with a seam down the front. Holes made by the sewing machine needle will allow small particles through right in the very front of the mask.

This pattern shows making ties for the masks.  Since elastic is now more available, we recommend using it to make the mask easier to wear.

Fabric should be 100% cotton. Pre-wash the fabric in HOT water. Dry fully. If possible use fragrance free detergent and NO softener. Do not use starch or fabric stabilizers.

Masks need to have an opening for a filter that will make them as effective as possible given the circumstances of the URGENT need.

We are not currently open for shopping for your safety and ours.

The health and safety of our customers is Abigayle's Quiltery's number-one priority.

Be safe, be smart, wear your mask and keep sewing.
