Can I get my machine serviced?
Yes! If you are local, you can arrange for an appointment to bring in your machine. Call us at 440-239-9000 during business hours. If you live further away, we can still help you. You will need to pay for shipping both ways and have your machine well packed in it’s box. We can not assume responsibility for shipping damage, so please insure your machine with your carrier. Are you open at your store in North Olmsted, OH?
We are not currently open for browsing due to Covid-19. We are accepting machine repairs (by appointment only) and handling curbside pick ups. Please shop on this site, place your order and just click pick up at store. We will let you know when your order is ready, so you can pick it up! We will be happy to ship your order for FREE in Ohio and flat rate shipping in the rest of the U.S., if you would prefer to have it delivered. Just click the delivery method you would prefer.
Can I Special Order items not on your website?
Yes! We will have a form on our site in the near future for special orders. For now, please call us at 440-239-9000 or email us at email@example.com and let us know what you would like. Please remember that Special Orders can not be cancelled or returned. Special Orders are not guaranteed to be available and ship time may vary. Some items are more difficult to source during these Covid-19 times.
What is your minimum order for fabric?
We sell our fabric off the bolt, cut to order. For most fabrics, the minimum cut is 1 yard. Some fabrics are available in shorter pre-cut lengths, fabric bundles or fabric kits.
Are the fabrics in the kits exactly the same as the pictured fabrics?
Generally, yes. Most kits are the exact fabrics that we used in our samples, as pictured. We do reserve the right to substitute some fabrics from time to time. The main prints will never be substituted unless noted in the description. The other fabric substitutions are carefully selected to be the same in tone, style and as close in color as the original. In most cases, we will indicate in the description that a kit has some substituted fabrics.
Do fabric kits have all the fabric for a quilt or project?
Yes and No. The quilt kits have all the fabric for the quilt top and binding, unless noted. The backing fabric and batting is purchased separately. Project kits have all the fabrics needed for the project, but not interfacing, stabilizers or other fabrics, unless noted.
Do you have in-person sewing classes or machine training?
Due to Covid-19, we are not currently having in-person classes or training. In the near future, we are planning videos to put on our site. Until then, please call us for machine questions or help. You Tube has many, many videos by the major machine companies that can be very helpful.
