Abigayle’s Quiltery offers a 30-day, hassle-free money back guarantee. This means that if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can contact us and return it for a refund. Refunds will be processed in approximately 7 days.
Simply contact us at 440-239-9000 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we start your return processing immediately. You will receive instructions on how to return your merchandise.
- Unopened Merchandise – Can be exchanged or refunded. For definition – “Unopened” means that the contents have not been removed from its packaging, and all factory seals are unbroken.
- Non-Returnable Items – All Software, Special Orders, Fabric Yardage, Books or Patterns.
- Fabric Kits – Can be exchanged or refunded. Must be in original condition – not washed or cut. Any odors, pet hair or otherwise unclean conditions will not be refunded.
- Shipping Costs – Return shipping costs are paid by you. If the item is defective, Abigayle’s Quiltery will cover the return shipping costs.
- Restocking Charges – Any returned machine without the original box, packing materials or all accessories will have a restocking charge on any refund. Any product not in a resell-able condition will have a restocking charge.
- Defective Merchandise – Abigayle’s Quiltery will be responsible for any shipping costs to return a defective item.
- Damaged Shipments – Please email or call us immediately. If your order is being delivered by a freight company, please inspect the contents before accepting or signing for the delivery. Once you sign for the shipment, it is your responsibility to deal with the freight company to file a claim.
